About Us

K.Thena Trust is a non-profit and public charitable trust which was initiated and founded during 2017. The Trust has been registered under Indian Trusts Act having 12A, 80G registrations under Income Tax Act and further had registered with Registrar of Companies-Chennai under Form CSR-1 to undertake CSR activities and have the NGO Darpan registration and having about 8 years of past successful records in this field. K. Thena Trust has the primary aim of imparting quality education to students and Medical support to underprivileged.

The educational activities include providing quality education, encouragement of learning, Computer Infrastructure, Basic Computer Education, offering school uniforms, text and note books, student tables and chairs, school bags etc. sponsoring of meals to encourage education and tutoring services to children of economically weaker section of the society.

K.Thena Trust conducted various social activities in upliftment of the Society post to analyzing the need of the environment viz. during Covid 19 Pandemic

1. Distribution of food packets, bedsheets to the Migrants who were adversely affected
2. Provided the provisions of Rice, Dhal, Oil, Salt Sugar and Vegetables to the weaker sections

The Trust is being aiding the necessary and daily needs to the Government hostel students viz. providing Towels, tooth brush, soap, handwash get etc.. The Trust also largely aims to organise medical camps in Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh, since it paves way to save the needy lives.

Being part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), K.Thena Trust supported Indian Companies in achieving their CSR goals as per the respective Company’s CSR policy and the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
